If you choose this because of the gym, dont. Gym is available to general public.

Gym (no air con sadly). Room service guy was always kind and did good job.

Awful curtains, only 3 hangers, not enough convenient storage space. Extremely loud air con. Big one - no ventilation in the bathroom. So be ready to breathe your own poo. Not sure they clean pool and change water often. Only 3 broken pool lounges, so not possible to relax in nice environment.

perfect if you aren’t fussed about the room but need a gym

the gym. best in Phuket and free with the hotel. I’d say 99% of the guests here are here for the gym

very basic room unless the deluxe and pool was freezing as it doesn’t get any sun. some of the reception staff didn’t understand English either unfortunately

Good

Neighborhood is inconvenient even for simple needs. You'll need transportation. Huge beautiful park within waling distance, however, with lots of little lakes. Pool is OK. Great gym but no AC - gets super hot inside. Big Thai style room - bare bones. Front desk folks not very engaging but polite. All considered, a bit overpriced but OK.

Very Good

Very good accommodation. Clean rooms, free 2 bottles of water per day, great pool (sunny until noon) and very good gym with a lot of equipment (no air con so prepare for a sweaty workout :)). Staff was very nice and helpful.

It's not very central, around 15 minute walk through not the prettiest streets to the old town.

Very Good

The rooms aren't anything special but the gym is incredible and the swimming pool is great. If you're a gym person and you want a good workout space for free with your accommodation this is THE place to go.

There isn't much to complain about. It was pretty much what we expected for the price. The hotel is a bit old but there's a lot of space in the rooms and the aircon works.

Location close enough to walk to the Old Town and also Naka night market. 15 minute walk to catch the bus into Karon Beach. Comfortable and large room.

Room was right above a restaurant which played loud music the first two nights.

Beautiful swimming pool, nice palms, feeling like on a right Holliday for acceptable prize!!

A lot of thinks were dirty probably because it's not he main season. Shower in our room was mould on the walls. Swimming pool with the moss around. Clutches no done in the swimming pool, so the ground was wery sharp. Be careful with a kids. But the atmosphere is very very beautiful if you are not a picky and you appreciate lower prices.

Clean rooms, had a fridge and air con, free water, and had a pool and gym free to use which was great

No hot water available at breakfast either at reception or restaurant for tea/coffee as the staff were inattentive and had not turned it on and we were in a rush to leave.

good place to stay

great big room with massive bed. decent AC unit and good TV. room also has a tiny little balcony which does come in use to be fair. location is about 20min walk to centre of Phuket town. the pool is nice but barely any places to sit or sunbath. the gym is without doubt the selling point. incredible gym next door that free to use for all hotel guest. hotel restaurant offers good decent food but language barrier is awful. almost impossible to communicate even with translator. on a couple of occasions we just left and ate somewhere else. which was frustrating because the food is good an affordable but such a stress just to order. I would recommend staying here, but Phuket town in general is not somewhere I would return too. there is very little happening there. best of staying west side of Phuket.

pool was nice but very limited space to relax and sunbath. restaurant was good but so difficult to communicate.

Wonderful

Liked everything, especially the staff which were very friendly. The location is good, many restaurants in the area.

The breakfast could use some changing, there is some choice for what you would like to eat, but the choice doesnt change on a day to day situation. The beds were a little hard for our taste.

The room is huge and a big and comfortable bed! Good shower too! there is a pool with sunloungers plus a gym, restaurant and spa. Very short distance to monkey hill and to the old town!

There wasn't as much variety at breakfast as we have experienced at other hotels but the food for hot and well cooked

Overall nice facility’s and would stay again for a few nights if I was in the old town area

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I first checked in, had drainage issues on my balcony which was sorted the same day when I pointed it out, spacious and clean room great value for money , free gym and pool too for guests who stay!

The doors and walls were thin so could be quite noisy at times, no guttering so when it did rain for a day all you could hear was water dripping outside the door

It was clean and bed was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean too znd had necessary emenities. Staff were really good especially the guy at the reception. He was very polite and was advising us on how to get taxis and where to go.
