Overall good stay with good gym/pool

Clean rooms, had a fridge and air con, free water, and had a pool and gym free to use which was great

No hot water available at breakfast either at reception or restaurant for tea/coffee as the staff were inattentive and had not turned it on and we were in a rush to leave.

Very Good

Very good accommodation. Clean rooms, free 2 bottles of water per day, great pool (sunny until noon) and very good gym with a lot of equipment (no air con so prepare for a sweaty workout :)). Staff was very nice and helpful.

It's not very central, around 15 minute walk through not the prettiest streets to the old town.

Beautiful swimming pool, nice palms, feeling like on a right Holliday for acceptable prize!!

A lot of thinks were dirty probably because it's not he main season. Shower in our room was mould on the walls. Swimming pool with the moss around. Clutches no done in the swimming pool, so the ground was wery sharp. Be careful with a kids. But the atmosphere is very very beautiful if you are not a picky and you appreciate lower prices.

Good

Neighborhood is inconvenient even for simple needs. You'll need transportation. Huge beautiful park within waling distance, however, with lots of little lakes. Pool is OK. Great gym but no AC - gets super hot inside. Big Thai style room - bare bones. Front desk folks not very engaging but polite. All considered, a bit overpriced but OK.

good place to stay

great big room with massive bed. decent AC unit and good TV. room also has a tiny little balcony which does come in use to be fair. location is about 20min walk to centre of Phuket town. the pool is nice but barely any places to sit or sunbath. the gym is without doubt the selling point. incredible gym next door that free to use for all hotel guest. hotel restaurant offers good decent food but language barrier is awful. almost impossible to communicate even with translator. on a couple of occasions we just left and ate somewhere else. which was frustrating because the food is good an affordable but such a stress just to order. I would recommend staying here, but Phuket town in general is not somewhere I would return too. there is very little happening there. best of staying west side of Phuket.

Very Good

The rooms aren't anything special but the gym is incredible and the swimming pool is great. If you're a gym person and you want a good workout space for free with your accommodation this is THE place to go.

There isn't much to complain about. It was pretty much what we expected for the price. The hotel is a bit old but there's a lot of space in the rooms and the aircon works.

If you choose this because of the gym, dont. Gym is available to general public.

Gym (no air con sadly). Room service guy was always kind and did good job.

Awful curtains, only 3 hangers, not enough convenient storage space. Extremely loud air con. Big one - no ventilation in the bathroom. So be ready to breathe your own poo. Not sure they clean pool and change water often. Only 3 broken pool lounges, so not possible to relax in nice environment.

perfect if you aren’t fussed about the room but need a gym

the gym. best in Phuket and free with the hotel. I’d say 99% of the guests here are here for the gym

very basic room unless the deluxe and pool was freezing as it doesn’t get any sun. some of the reception staff didn’t understand English either unfortunately

OK hotel

Room was big and nice. We got a breakfast box in the morning :)

One cleaner didn´t clean the room as should. The walls were like paper, you could hear everything through. Balcony was very small and hot because of air condition device.

The wifi in my room was very inconsistent and slow. Personnel's english was, in my opinion, not good enough considering the amount of international visitors.

Pl do not book this property if you are a first time visitor to Phuket.

My entire booking was cancelled by the property although I have informed through booking .com that I shall be arriving late.People at reception are very very poor in communication and non cooperative . Hotel do not guide visitors about places to visit at Phuket.

Good enough

Clean, comfortable, nice pool and restaurant. Good price.

Staff was hostile at times, they weren't sure how I paid. Called to ask if we wanted room clean and we said no but they came in anyway. They wouldn't call a meter taxi and told us a 17 min ride would cost 500. I organized my own taxi and paid 140.

Happy to stay again

We stayed here on two occasions in April. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. Checking in was fast and easy. The accommodation has great facilities including a lovely swimming pool. The room was very clean and most importantly our bedding was clean which was really appreciated and after staying at a few places on our travels this is one of the top accommodation providers we stayed at.

Our second room when we came back was a little noisy (close to road) and we felt quite exposed to the road from the balcony. There appeared to be tea/coffee facilities but these were not stocked up. We did however pay a little less for this room so didn't like to complain and were overall very happy with the service we received and would happily come back.

Tired place, little English, noisy area, terrible breakfasts, karaoke too loud

The bathroom drain smelled The air conditioner dripped water inside The karaoke was too noisy, too late Staff didn’t speak much English Lift stopped with my mother inside and she didn’t get an apology Noisy bus loads of noisy tourists arriving and departing in the car park with loud air brakes and the incessant whistle of the security guard, was way too loud, late in the evening and early in the morning Good was cold every morning, was not covered and we never had a decent coffee and always had to ask for bread for the toaster.
